reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's

Special Temporary Authority


EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to continue to operate the EchoStar 6
space station to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service at the 76.95º W.L. orbital location, in the 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) and the
12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. EchoStar will perform on-station tracking, telemetry and command operations using center
frequencies located at: 17.305 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 12.203 GHz and 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth). EchoStar states that it will continue to
comply with conditions set forth in its first grant of special temporary authority for EchoStar 6 at the 76.95° W.L. orbital location, IBFS File No.
SAT-STA-20110207-00026 (granted Feb. 11, 2011).
