Intelsat License LLC amends its pending application to modify the authorization of its Intelsat 8 space station, IBFS File No.
SAT-MOD-20120619-00100, by changing the requested orbital location from 169.10º E.L. to 169.0 º E.L. and by expanding the requested
frequencies to include a command uplink in the 13.997-14.000 GHz frequency band.
