On August 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DISH Operating L.L.C. for a period of 180
days to continue to operate the EchoStar 7 space station using its authorized Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-21 at the 118.8° W.L. orbital
location.

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                   Effective Date:     08/28/2012



On August 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for a period of
60 days commencing on September 3, 2012, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the DIRECTV 1R space
station from the 109.8° W.L. orbital location to the 56.16° E.L. orbital location. DIRECTV is authorized to use the 17,305 MHz and 17,799 MHz
frequencies for command and the 12,698.25 and 12,699.25 MHz frequencies for telemetry during these operations.
