No. of Station(s) listed: 1 SAT-STA-20120222-00021 E S2110 Iridium Constellation LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/23/2012 On August 23, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC, for a period of 180 days, to operate three space stations in its non-geostationary satellite orbit constellation pending action on IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20080701-00140. SAT-STA-20120711-00114 E S2863 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/23/2012 On August 23, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to conduct in-orbit testing of Intelsat 21 at the 51.3° W.L. orbital location using the 3700 - 4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925 - 6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45 - 11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7 - 12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0 - 14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Additionally, Intelsat was granted authority to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift Intelsat 21 from 51.3° W.L. to its authorized location of 58.0° W.L., using center frequencies of 13.9945 GHz and 13.7505 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.45125 GHz, 11.45175 GHz, 11.45325 GHz and 11.45375 GHz (space-to-Earth).
