Date Filed: 07/10/2012 16:47:40:30300 Modification DG Consents Sub, Inc. requests modification of its Earth Exploration Satellite Service space station license to add launch and operating authority for a fourth non-geostationary orbit remote-sensing space station, WorldView-3. The proposed space station would transmit to fixed earth stations in the 8.025-8.400 GHz frequency band and receive command signals in a 1316 kilohertz band on a center frequency of 2085.6875 MHz. DG Consents seeks waivers of Sections 25.156, 25.157, and 25.217(b) of the Commission's rules in connection with its request.
