On August 10, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days,
to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via the Intelsat 19 space station at the 166.0º E.L. orbital location in the 12.25-12.75 GHz frequency band
(space-to-Earth) to Intelsat's earth station in Napa, California, as well as in the visible portion of International Telecommunication Union Region 2.

Special Temporary Authority

On August 16, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
to continue telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location, using the following
center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3948.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth),
6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized to continue to operate Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L.
orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On August 16, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
to operate telemetry, tracking, and command functions with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to effect the drift of the space station from the
72.0º E.L. orbital location to the 157.0º E.L. orbital location, using center frequencies of 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0
MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).
