The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-LOI-20110914-00180 E S2845 Star One S.A. Letter of Intent Grant of Authority Effective Date: 06/29/2012 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On June 29, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Star One S.A. to access the United States market via the Star One C3 space station, licensed by Brazil. Star One C3 is proposed to be launched to the 75° W.L. orbital location to provide fixed-satellite service using the 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
