Spectrum Five LLC seeks to amend its pending petition for declaratory ruling to access the market in the U.S. using a proposed 17/24 GHz
Broadcasting-Satellite Service space station that will operate under the authority of the Netherlands. The amended application seeks to
demonstrate compliance with the technical rules and information requirements adopted in FCC 11-93, 26 FCC Rcd 8927 (2011). Among other
things, in its amended application, Spectrum Five proposes to operate its space station from the 119.25 W.L. orbital location, offset by .25
degrees from the 119 W.L. Appendix F orbital location, instead of the originally proposed 118.8 W.L. orbital location. Spectrum Five requests
waiver of Section 25.116 of the Commission's rules.

Intelsat License LLC seeks modification of its authorization for the Galaxy 25 space station at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location to extend the license
term for an additional nine years, until June 30, 2021. Intelsat is currently authorized to operate Galaxy 25 at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location to
provide fixed-satellite services in the in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7 to 12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
