The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
telecommand operations necessary to maintain the EchoStar 3 space station as an in-orbit spare at the 61.8º W.L. orbital location. EchoStar
requests authority to use frequencies centered on 12200.5 MHz, 12203 MHz, and 12699 MHz (space-to-Earth) and on 17301.5 MHz
(Earth-to-space) for these operations.

Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations
necessary to drift the Intelsat 709 space station from the 72.1º E.L. orbital location to the 47.5° E.L. orbital location using the following
frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0
MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth).
