On April 18, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation to continue to operate the
EchoStar 15 satellite on Channels 23 and 24 at 61.55 W.L. for 180 days.

On April 18, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to
operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 706 space station from the 72.1º E.L. orbital location to the
177.9° E.L. orbital location using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space);
3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth).

On April 18, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to
continue to provide fixed-satellite service while located at the 129.0º W.L. orbital location on a temporary basis using the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Additionally, the Division granted Intelsat authority to continue to
operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Galaxy 12 space station necessary to maintain Galaxy 12 at 129.0º W.L., using
the following center frequencies: 4198 MHz and 4199.875 MHz (left-hand circular or vertical polarization/space-to-Earth); and 6424.5 MHz
(right-hand circular or horizontal polarization/Earth-to-space).

On April 18, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation for a period of 60 days to
continue to operate the EchoStar 6 space station at the 76.95° W.L. orbital location on Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-32. Specifically, the
Division granted EchoStar authority to operate EchoStar 6 at 76.95° W.L. with feeder links (Earth-to-space) in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band and
service links (space-to-Earth) in the 12.2-12.7 GHz band. The Division also granted EchoStar authority to conduct on-station telemetry, tracking,
and telecommand operations for EchoStar 6 at 76.95° W.L. with command links at 17.305 GHz (Earth-to-space) and telemetry and beacon links at
12.203 GHz and 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth).

On April 19, 2012, the Bureau determined that New Skies Satellites B.V. met the launch and operation milestone associated with the market
access grant for the SES-4 space station at the 22° W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, the requirement for New Skies to file a bond
pursuant to condition 21.a. of the market access grant for SES-4 no longer applies, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's
Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18
FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and
Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).
