On March 22, 2012, the Satellite Division granted the application of LightSquared Subsidiary LLC to extend the license term of the MSAT-2
space station at 103.3º W.L. until December 31, 2012, in order to afford more time to transition customers from MSAT-2 to LightSquared's
second-generation space station, SkyTerra-1. MSAT-2 provides service to customers in the following frequency bands: 1530-1544 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 1545-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth), 1631.5-1645.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 1646.6-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Feeder links for
MSAT-2 are in the 13.0-13.15 GHz and 13.20-13.25 GHz frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations for MSAT-2 use
the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth); 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space).
