On November 30, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30
days, to continue to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to maintain Intelsat 706
at 72.0º E.L., using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz,
3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is granted authority to
continue to provide fixed-satellite service while located at the 72.0º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis using the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On November 22, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to ViaSat, Inc., for period of 30 days, to
conduct in-orbit testing of the ViaSat-1 satellite using the 28.1-29.1 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz frequency bands (Earth-to-space), and the 18.3-19.3
GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz frequency bands (space-to-Earth) at the 115.1° W.L. orbital location. ViaSat is authorized to operate ViaSat-1 at 115.1°
W.L. See SAT-LOA-20110722-00132 and SAT-AMD-20110728-00140 (grant stamped with conditions on Oct. 14, 2011). This grant authorizes
testing at 115.1° W.L. that will be conducted at a variance from the authorized parameters.

spare at the 132.9º W.L. orbital location, using the following frequencies: 6424.5 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space) and
6424.5 MHz (vertical polarization/Earth-to-space); 4198 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4198 MHz (horizontal
polarization/space-to-Earth); 4199.875 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4199.875 MHz (horizontal
polarization/space-to-Earth). In addition, Intelsat is authorized to continue to operate Galaxy 12 as an in-orbit spare at the 132.9º W.L. orbital
location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

special temporary authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 701 space station from its
current location at 180.0° E.L. to the 72.1º E.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized, for a period of 30 days, to use the following
frequencies for TT&C during the drift: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space), and 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0
MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Intelsat's request to provide fixed-satellite service in the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth),
12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the completion of Intelsat 701's drift to the 72.1° E.L.
orbital location was dismissed without prejudice to re-filing as part of a future application.

instead of at an altitude of 450 kilometers, which was previously authorized.

from the 132.9° W.L. orbital location to the 129.0º W.L. orbital location and to maintain Galaxy 12 at 129.0º W.L., using the following center
frequencies: 4198 MHz and 4199.875 MHz (left-hand circular or vertical polarization/space-to-Earth); and 6424.5 MHz (right-hand circular or
horizontal polarization/Earth-to-space). Additionally, Intelsat is granted authority to provide fixed-satellite service while located at the 129.0º
W.L. orbital location on a temporary basis using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

Radio Inc.), for a period of 30 days, to activate the communications payload of its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station,
XM-5, at the 85.15° W.L orbital location for in-orbit performance testing purposes in the 2320-2345 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band.
