Modification

SES Americom, Inc. requests authority to modify its authorization for its AMC-5 space station to allow it to provide fixed-satellite services,
including direct-to-home services, in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) at the 80.9º W.L. orbital location
instead of at its currently assigned location of 79º W.L. SES also seeks authority to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand functions in
these bands to maintain AMC-5 at 80.9º W.L. SES requests a waiver of Section 25.210(j) of the Commission's rules in connection with its
request.
