On October 14, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of ViaSat, Inc. to construct, launch, and operate the geostationary
satellite orbit space station, ViaSat-1, at the 115.1° W.L. orbital location. ViaSat is authorized to construct, launch, and operate ViaSat-1 to
provide Fixed-Satellite Service using the 28.10-29.1 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz frequency bands (Earth-to-space) and the 18.3-19.3 GHz and
19.7-20.2 GHz frequency bands (space-to-Earth). In connection with the grant, the call sign associated with these file numbers was modified
from S2830 to S2747.

On October 18, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 12 space station from its current orbital position of
133.0º W.L. to the 132.9º W.L. orbital location and to maintain the Galaxy 12 space station at that location, using the following frequencies:
6424.5 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space) and 6424.5 MHz (vertical polarization/Earth-to-space); 4198 MHz (left-hand
circular polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4198 MHz (horizontal polarization/space-to-Earth); 4199.875 MHz (left-hand circular
polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4199.875 MHz (horizontal polarization/space-to-Earth). In addition, Intelsat is authorized to operate Galaxy 12
as an in-orbit spare at the 132.9º W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands.

On October 20, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc., for a period of 60 days,
to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift the AMC-5 Ku-band satellite from the 79.10° W.L. orbital location
to the 80.90° W.L. orbital location, and to operate temporarily its Ku-band payload at the 80.90° W.L. orbital location. Specifically, SES is
authorized to conduct TT&C operations using the center frequencies of 14.001 GHz (telecommand) and 11.701 and 11.702 GHz (telemetry) and
to operate the Ku-band payload of AMC-5 at 80.90° W.L. using the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequencies.

On October 18, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days
to continue to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to maintain Intelsat 706 at
72.0º E.L., using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0
MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is granted authority to continue to
provide Fixed-Satellite Service while located at the 72.0º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On October 19, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of seven
days to operate the C-band transponder channel 8 of the SES-2 space station during the drift of SES-2 from 83 WL to its assigned location of 87
WL. SES will operate channel 8 in the 6067-6103 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 3842-3878 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands during the drift.

On October 20, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc., for a period of 60 days,
to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift the AMC-2 space station (Call Sign S2134) from the 78.95º W.L.
orbital location to the 4.98º E.L. orbital location. Accordingly, SES is authorized to conduct TT&C operations using the following center
frequencies and polarizations: 6423.5 MHz with horizontal polarization in the Earth-to-space direction; 3700.5 MHz with horizontal polarization,
4199.5 MHz with vertical polarization and 12198 MHz with horizontal polarization in the space-to-Earth direction.
