On October 13, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of SES Americom, Inc. for an extension of its authorization
to operate the AMC-1 space station at the 103 W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space),
11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands for an additional five years, until October 16, 2016. SES
Americom is also granted authority to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand operations necessary to place AMC-1 into a disposal orbit at
the end of its operational life.

Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List

On October 13, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the petition filed by SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited to add the NSS-703
space station to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List at the 47.05° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) and the 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SES Gibraltar
is licensed by the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority. Accordingly, each U.S. licensed earth station with "ALSAT" designated as a point of
communication is granted authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service to, from, or within the United States, by accessing the NSS-703 space
station at the 47.05° W.L. orbital location in the conventional C- and Ku-bands, subject to the parameters set forth in its earth station license.

On October 13, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation for a period of 60 days
to continue to operate the EchoStar 6 space station at the 76.95° W.L. orbital location on Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-32. EchoStar is
authorized to operate EchoStar 6 at 76.95° W.L. with feeder links (Earth-to-space) in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band and service links (space-to-Earth) in
the 12.2-12.7 GHz band. EchoStar is also authorized to conduct on-station telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations for EchoStar 6 at
76.95° W.L. with command links at 17.305 GHz (Earth-to-space) and telemetry and beacon links at 12.203 GHz and 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth).
