On October 6, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to
continue to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to maintain Intelsat 706 at 72.0º
E.L., using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz ,
3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is granted authority to continue to provide
Fixed-Satellite Service while located at the 72.0º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On September 30, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC for special temporary authority,
for a period of 30 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift its Galaxy 15 space station from 133.1°
W.L. to its assigned location of 133.0° W.L. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C operations using frequencies centered on
6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 4198.0 MHz and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth). Upon arrival at the 133.0° W.L. orbital location, Intelsat
shall resume operations of the Galaxy 15 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands subject to the conditions of the authority previously granted to Intelsat to operate Galaxy 15 at 133.0° W.L.

On October 6, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to XM Radio LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
activate the communications payload of its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station, XM-5, at the 85.15° W.L orbital
location for in-orbit performance testing purposes in the 2320-2345 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band.

On October 6, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 60 days to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to maintain Galaxy 26 at the 50.0º E.L. orbital location using the
following frequencies: 4196.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz , 6315.0 MHz, 4090.0 MHz, 5926.5 MHz, and 6411.0 MHz. Intelsat is also authorized to
continue to temporarily provide fixed-satellite services via Galaxy 26 in the Ku-band frequencies of 14.0-14.5 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz at the
50.0º E.L. orbital location on an unprotected, non-interference basis.

On October 3, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Lockheed Martin Corporation for a period of
30 days to continue to operate the LM-RPS1 space station outside the +/-0.05º north/south and east/west station-keeping boxes previously
authorized while it is being relocated to its previously assigned location of 133.0º W.L. Lockheed Martin will operate LM-RPS1 in the
1166.20-1186.7 MHz (space-to-Earth), 1565.17-1585.67 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6629.02-6649.52 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6680.17-6700.67
MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Upon arrival at the 133.0º W.L. orbital location, Lockheed Martin shall resume operations of the
LM-RPS1 space station subject to the conditions of the authority previously granted to Lockheed Martin to operate LM-RPS1 at 133.0º W.L.
