Date Filed: 08/29/2011 17:14:23:20000 Amendment DG Consents Sub, Inc. seeks to amend its pending modification application, IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20101122-00243, in order to decrease the requested peak orbit altitude of its non-geostationary earth exploration satellite service QuickBird satellite from 496 kilometers to 482 kilometers, as well as to provide information concerning communications via QuickBird during the spacecraft's descent from its operational altitude and before it completes re-entry into the atmosphere.
