Nature of Service:      Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


On September 21, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Americom, Inc. to modify its authorization to operate
the AMC-4 space station at the 67º W.L. orbital location in the 11.45-11.7 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.0 GHz and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Specifically, SES Americom is authorized to operate the AMC-4 space station with a
0.1-degree change in the azimuth of the satellite's North American Ku-band beam from the orientation previously authorized. In addition, SES
Americom is authorized to operate a C-band beacon signal with a center frequency of 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth). This authorization is subject
to the conditions placed on operations of the AMC-4 space station at 67º W.L. in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20100623-00144 (granted November
4, 2010).

Special Temporary Authority

On September 22, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 180
days, commencing September 23, 2001, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 702 space
station from the 50.0º E.L. orbital location to the 47.5º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz
(Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz; 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth). Additionally, once Intelsat 702 arrives at the 47.5º
E.L. orbital location, it is authorized to operate at that location on a temporary basis using the following frequency bands: 5925-6425 MHz and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 3700-4200 MHz, 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz and 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) in accordance with
International Telecommunication Union filings of the German Administration.

On September 21, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DISH Operating L.L.C. for a period of 180
days to continue to operate the EchoStar 7 space station using its authorized Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-21 at the 118.8° W.L. orbital
location.

On September 22, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30
days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 702 space station at the 50.0º E.L.
orbital location using the following frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz.
Additionally, Intelsat is authorized to provide Fixed-Satellite Services at the 50.0º E.L. orbital location during this period in the 3700-4200 MHz,
5925-6425 MHz, 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, 12.5-12.75 GHz, and 14.0-14.5 GHz frequency bands in accordance with International
Telecommunication Union filings of the Turkish Administration.

On September 21, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DG Consents Sub, Inc. for special temporary authority, for
a period of 60 days, to continue to operate its QuickBird Earth Exploration Satellite Service space station at an orbital altitude of 482 kilometers,
instead of at an altitude of 450 kilometers, which was previously authorized.
