On August 18, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 10 days,
commencing August 12, 2011, to continue telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 702 space station necessary to
maintain Intelsat 702 at the 54.85º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular
polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth).
Additionally, Intelsat is granted special temporary authority during the same 10-day period to continue to provide fixed-satellite service at the
54.85º E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth),
11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On August 18, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to
operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to effect the drift of the space station from
the 72.1º E.L. orbital location to the 72.0º E.L. orbital location, and to maintain Intelsat 706 at 72.0º E.L., using the following frequencies: 6173.7
MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand
circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is granted authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service during the drift to and while
located at the 72.0º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space),
10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands.
