On June 15, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 3R space station at the 81.0º W.L. orbital location
using the following frequencies: 6424.5 MHz (horizontal polarization) and 5925.5. MHz (horizontal polarization) (Earth-to-space); 4198.5 MHz
(horizontal and vertical polarization) and 4199 MHz (horizontal and vertical polarization)(space-to-Earth). In addition, Intelsat is authorized to
provide fixed-satellite service for a period of 30 days via the Intelsat 3R space station from the 81.0º W.L. orbital location in accordance with
International Telecommunication Union filings of the Administration of Argentina in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space).

June 10, 2011, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to effect the drift of the Galaxy 26 space station from the
50.75º E.L. orbital location to the 50.0º E.L. orbital location and to operate the space station at that location using the following C-band
frequencies: 4196.5 MHz (vertical polarization/space-to-Earth) or 4199.5 MHz (vertical polarization/space-to-Earth); 6315.0 MHz (vertical
polarization/Earth-to-space) and 4090.0 MHz (horizontal polarization/space-to-Earth); 5926.5 MHz (right-hand circular
polarization/Earth-to-space), and 6411.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized to provide
fixed-satellite services via Galaxy 26 in the Ku-band frequencies of 14000-14500 MHz and 11700-12200 MHz during the drift to the 50.0º E.L.
orbital location and while operating at that location, subject to conditions.

On June 15, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180 days, to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 709 space station necessary to drift Intelsat 709 from the
54.85º E.L. orbital location to the 72.1º E.L. orbital and to maintain Intelsat 709 at the 72.1° E.L. location using the following center frequencies:
6173.7 MHz, 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand
circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is granted authority to operate the communications payload on Intelsat 709 to provide
Fixed-Satellite Service at the 72.1º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz, 11450-11700 MHz, and 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000-14500 MHz
(Earth-to-space).

maneuvers. These maneuvers are intended to boost Intelsat 3R from its current location of 81 W.L. to a disposal orbit with a minimum perigee
altitude of 150 km above the geostationary arc. Intelsat is authorized to using the following frequencies for these operations: 4199.0 MHz
(horizontal and vertical polarization) and 4198.5 MHz (horizontal and vertical) (space-to-Earth) and 6424.5 MHz (horizontal) and 5925.5 MHz
(horizontal) (Earth-to-space).

continue to operate the EchoStar 6 space station at the 76.95° W.L. orbital location on Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-32. EchoStar is
authorized to operate EchoStar 6 at 76.95° W.L. with feeder links (Earth-to-space) in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band and service links (space-to-Earth) in
the 12.2-12.7 GHz band. EchoStar is also authorized to conduct on-station telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations for EchoStar 6 at
76.95° W.L. with command links at 17.305 GHz (Earth-to-space) and telemetry and beacon links at 12.203 GHz and 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth).
