Date Filed: 05/25/2011 14:57:15:66600 Modification Satellite CD Radio, Inc. requests authority to modify the authorization for its FM-6 space station in order to operate FM-6 at the 116.15° W.L. orbital location, rather than at the currently licensed 115.20° W.L. orbital location. In addition, Sirius XM requests authority to conduct in-orbit testing of the FM-6 satellite at the 120.50° W.L. orbital location for a thirty-day period commencing twelve days following launch and, upon completion of that testing, to move the FM-6 space station from 120.50° W.L. to 116.15° W.L. These repeaters were previously authorized to operate under multiple separate grants of special temporary authority, as listed in Sirius XM Radio's application. Sirius XM Radio does not seek to change the previously authorized technical parameters of the repeaters. Each repeater will operate with an effective isotropically radiated power of less than 12000 watts (average).
