On May 19, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DG Consents Sub, Inc. for special temporary authority, for a
period of 60 days, to operate its QuickBird Earth Exploration Satellite Service space station at an orbital altitude of 482 kilometers.

On May 24, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC (formerly Intelsat North
America LLC) for a period of 30 days, commencing May 1, 2011, to continue to operate the communications payload of the Intelsat 709 space
station in the 3700-4200 MHz, 5925-6425 MHz, 10950-11200 MHz, 11450-11700 MHz, 12500-12750 MHz, and 14000-14500 MHz bands to
provide fixed-satellite service from the 54.85º E.L. orbital location.

On May 25, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc., for a period of 60 days, to
operate the AMC-4 space station at the 67º W.L. orbital location with a 0.1-degree change in the azimuth of the satellite's North American beam
from the orientation previously authorized. See IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20100623-00144 (granted November 4, 2010).

On May 25, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
continue to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 702 space station necessary to maintain Intelsat 702 at the
54.85º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space);
3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is granted
special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue to provide fixed-satellite service at the 54.85º E.L. orbital location using the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth),
12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On May 24, 2011, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and dismissed in part, without prejudice, the application of Intelsat
License LLC for special temporary authority. Intelsat is authorized, for a period of 30 days commencing on May 25, 2011, to conduct telemetry,
tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 709 space station from the 54.85º E.L. orbital location to the 72.1º E.L. orbital
and to maintain Intelsat 709 at the 72.1° E.L. location using the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz, 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular
polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth).
Intelsat's request to provide fixed-satellite service at the 72.1º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz, 11450-11700 MHz, and 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000-14500 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands is dismissed, without prejudice.

On May 25, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc., for a period of 30 days, to
continue to operate the AMC-9 space station at the 83º W.L. orbital location with a 0.4-degree change in the north/south orientation of the C-band
(3700-4200 MHz and 5925-6425 MHz ) reflector from the orientation previously authorized. See IBFS File Nos. SAT-LOA-20020114-00008
(granted June 15, 2004) & SAT-AMD-20040421-00084 (granted Sept. 3, 2004).
