SAT-STA-20110106-00004 E S2115 Open Range Communications Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/17/2011 On March 17, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Open Range Communications Inc. for special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days commencing on April 2, 2011, to continue operation of terrestrial stations in the 2483.5-2495 MHz band. SAT-STA-20110107-00006 E S2396 INTELSAT LICENSE LLC Special Temporary Authority Withdrawn Effective Date: 03/15/2011 SAT-STA-20110204-00024 E S2740 DISH Operating L.L.C. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/17/2011 On March 17, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DISH Operating L.L.C. for a period of 180 days to continue to operate the EchoStar 7 space station using its authorized Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-21 at the 118.8° W.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20110311-00052 E S2110 Iridium Satellite LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/11/2011 On March 11, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Iridium Satellite LLC for special temporary authority, for a period of seven days commencing March 11, 2011, to test and then to operate its mobile-satellite service in the 1.775 MHz of spectrum from 1616-1617.775 MHz on a non-harmful interference basis.
