On March 2, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 60 days to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand necessary to drift its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 706, to the 72.1° E.L. orbital
location, and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service temporarily from that location. Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C using the following
frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat
is also authorized to provide FSS at the 72.1° E.L. orbital location in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space),
and 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space).

On March 1, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation for a period of 30 days to
operate the EchoStar 6 space station at the 76.95° W.L. orbital location on Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-32. EchoStar is authorized to
operate EchoStar 6 at 76.95° W.L. with feeder links (Earth-to-space) in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band and service links (space-to-Earth) in the
12.2-12.7 GHz band. EchoStar is also authorized to conduct on-station telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations for EchoStar 6 at 76.95°
W.L. with command links at 17.305 GHz (Earth-to-space) and telemetry and beacon links at 12.203 GHz and 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth).

On March 1, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation for a period of 30 days to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and control in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands necessary to
operate the EchoStar 3 satellite at the 61.45º W.L. orbital location as an in-orbit spare satellite.

On March 2, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Galaxy 15 space station outside the +/-0.05º east/west
station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.

On March 2, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to GeoEye License Corp. for a period of 30 days to
continue to operate telemetry, tracking and telecommand frequencies during the de-orbiting of the OrbView-3 satellite through atmospheric
re-entry. GeoEye is authorized to operate TT&C in the 2092.536-2092.664 MHz and 402.69-402.75 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 401.47-401.53
MHz, 8189.982-8190.018 MHz and 8115-8265 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.

On March 3, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Lockheed Martin Corporation for 30 days to
continue to operate the LM-RPS1 space station outside its previously authorized +/-0.05º north/south and east/west station-keeping boxes.
