On February 23, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc., for a period of 60 days,
to continue to operate the AMC-2 space station at the 78.95º W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands with the opposite polarization sense than that authorized in the current AMC-2 authorization. See IBFS File No.
SAT-MOD-20100324-00056 (granted June 21, 2010).
