power of up to 12,000 watts. The repeaters will operate on both the Sirius network (2320-2332.5 MHz) and the XM network (2332.5-2345 MHz)
at various locations throughout the United States.

station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.

band for testing purposes for a period of up to 30 days.

to conduct telemetry, tracking, and control in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands necessary
to operate the EchoStar 3 satellite at the 61.45º W.L. orbital location as an in-orbit spare satellite.

On January 13, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of 60 days to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and control operations necessary to maintain the AMC-5 satellite at the 79.05º W.L. orbital location using
the following frequencies: 14.001 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth). SES Americom is also
authorized to continue operating AMC-5's communication payload in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands at this location.

The Satellite Division has determined that Hughes Network Systems, LLC has met the Critical Design Review (CDR) and Commence
Construction milestones associated with its authorization (Call Sign S2573) and may reduce the bond amount by $1,500,000, as provided in
the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed
Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and
Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02- 34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. §
25.165(d). Accordingly, Hughes may reduce its bond to a value of $750,000.
