Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Date Filed: 11/02/2010 16:42:25:85300 Modification PanAmSat Licensee Corp. seeks to modify the authorization for its Galaxy 11 space station to relocate Galaxy 11 to, and to operate it at, the 55.5° W.L. orbital location. PanAmSat proposes to operate Galaxy 11 at the 55.5° W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space to Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth to space), 10950-11200 MHz (space to Earth), 11700-11950 MHz (space to Earth), 11950-12200 MHz (space to Earth), 13750-14000 MHz (Earth to space), 14000-14250 MHz (Earth to space), and 14250-14500 MHz (Earth to space) frequency bands. PanAmSat requests waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(3), 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules.
