The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

PanAmSat Licensee Corp. seeks to modify the authorization for its Galaxy 11 space station to relocate Galaxy 11 to, and to operate it at, the 55.5°
W.L. orbital location. PanAmSat proposes to operate Galaxy 11 at the 55.5° W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space to Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth to space), 10950-11200 MHz (space to Earth), 11700-11950 MHz (space to Earth), 11950-12200 MHz (space to Earth),
13750-14000 MHz (Earth to space), 14000-14250 MHz (Earth to space), and 14250-14500 MHz (Earth to space) frequency bands. PanAmSat
requests waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(3), 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules.
