Nature of Service:       Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


On November 4, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Americom, Inc. to modify its authority in order to
operate its Ku-band space station, AMC-4, at the 67º W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, SES Americom is authorized to provide fixed-satellite
service, including direct-to-home service, via AMC-4 from 67º W.L. in the conventional Ku-band frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth)
and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and in the extended Ku-band frequencies of 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.0 GHz
(Earth-to-space). Additionally, SES Americom is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand for the AMC-4 space station using
the following frequencies: telecommand carriers in the C-band at 6423.5 MHz, and telemetry beacons in the Ku-band at 11.702 GHz and 12.198
GHz and in the C-band at 3700.5 MHz.

Special Temporary Authority

On November 3, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc., for a period of 180
days, to continue to operate two types of indoor terrestrial repeaters with an effective isotropically radiated power of (1) up to 10 watts and (2) up
to 0.0001 watts, respectively, at trade shows and other indoor locations. Sirius XM will operate these repeaters using the 2320-2345 MHz
frequency band, which is assigned for Sirius XM's exclusive use to provide Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS).

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                     Effective Date:      11/03/2010



On November 3, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Lockheed Martin Corporation for 30 days to
continue to operate the LM-RPS1 space station outside its previously authorized +/-0.05º north/south and east/west station-keeping boxes.

On November 3, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 30
days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Galaxy 15 space station outside the +/-0.05º east/west
station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.
