Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-AMD-20100908-00191 E S2358 LightSquared Subsidiary LLC Date Filed: 09/08/2010 15:40:21:24000 Amendment LightSquared Subsidiary LLC filed an amendment to its pending modification request, IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20100405-00064. The modification request sought to postpone the milestone deadline for launching and commencing operation of the SkyTerra-1 MSS satellite from May 26, 2010 to October 31, 2010. The amendment requests postponement of the deadline from October 31, 2010 to January 31, 2011.
