On September 17, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat North America LLC to modify its authorization for
its Fixed-Satellite-Service C-and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 705. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS via the Intelsat 705 space
station at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space),
10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.70-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space). In addition, Intelsat is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) operations necessary
to maintain Intelsat 705 at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, 3952.5
MHz, 6173.7 MHz, and 6 176.3 MHz.

On September 23, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat North America LLC to modify the authorization
of its C- and Ku-band Fixed-Satellite Service space station, Intelsat 801. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS via Intelsat 801 at the
29.5 º W.L. orbital location in the following frequency bands: 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.20
GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space). In addition,
Intelsat is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 801 at the 29.5º W.L.
orbital location using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 6173.7 MHz, and 6176.3 MHz.

On September 17, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio, Inc., for a period of 180
days, to continue to operate two Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters, each with an effective isotropically radiated
power of up to 2000 watts (average) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. These repeaters will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band allocated
exclusively to SDARS.

Special Temporary Authority

On September 21, 2010, the Satellite Divsion granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of
30 days to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations necessary to drift Intelsat 2 from 157.0° E.L. to 174.0° E.L. using the
following frequencies: 6424.5 MHz (H) and 5925.5 MHz (H) (Earth-to-space), and 4198.5 MHz (H, V) and 4199.5 MHz (H, V) (space-to-Earth).
PanAmSat is also authorized to operate Intelsat 2 temporarily in the C- and Ku-bands at 174.0° E.L. at 174.0° E.L. using the following
frequencies: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12250-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000-14500 MHz
(Earth-to-space.

On September 22, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of 60
days to conduct telemetry, tracking, and control necessary to maintain the AMC-5 satellite at the 79.05º W.L. orbital location, using the following
frequencies: 14.001 GHz (telecommand), 11.701 GHz (telemetry), and 11.702 GHz (telemetry). At the 79.05º W.L. orbital location, SES
Americom is also authorized to continue operating AMC-5's communication payload in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
