Amendment

ViaSat, Inc. filed an amendment to its pending application to launch and operate a Ka-band satellite at the 88.9° W.L. orbital location
(SAT-LOA-20100217-00029 and SAT-AMD-20100602-00120). ViaSat seeks to add the 18.8-19.3 GHz frequency band on a non-conforming
basis, and the 28.6-29.1 GHz frequency band on a secondary basis. ViaSat requests a waiver of Section 2.106, Footnote NG165 to the United
States Table of Frequency Allocations.

Modification

ViaSat, Inc. seeks to modify the authorization for its Ka-band GSO space station at the 115.1° W.L. orbital location by "swapping" the launch
milestone for this satellite with the launch milestone in its space station authorization for a Ka-band GSO space station at the 77.3° W.L. orbital
location (Call Sign S2737). ViaSat proposes to launch the space station to 115.1° W.L. by July 18, 2012, instead of August 18, 2014. ViaSat
states both space stations (Call Sign S2747 and Call Sign S2737) will be launched within the time frame specified by the Commission, but in
reverse order. See SAT-MOD-20100714-00159.

physical construction and launch milestones for this satellite with the commence physical construction and launch milestones for its Ka-band GSO
space station at the 115.1° W.L. orbital location (Call Sign S2747). ViaSat proposes to commence physical construction of the space station at
77.3° W.L. by August 18, 2012, instead of July 18, 2010, and to launch the satellite by June 1, 2014, instead of July 18, 2012. ViaSat states both
space stations (Call Sign S2747 and Call Sign S2737) will be launched within the time frame specified by the Commission, but in reverse order.
Alternatively, ViaSat seeks a limited waiver or extension of the two remaining milestones for the 77.3° W.L. space station authorization. See
