On September 9, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. for a period of 180
days to operate a Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) repeater with an effective isotropically radiated power of less than 12,000 watts
in the Baltimore, Maryland, area. This repeater will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz band that is allocated exclusively to SDARS.

On September 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. for a period of 30 days
to continue to operate a Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeater with an effective isotropically radiated power of up to
2000 watts (average) in Arlington, Virginia. Sirius XM is authorized to operate this repeater in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band, which is
assigned to Sirius XM to provide SDARS.

On September 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of
60 days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand necessary to drift its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 705, from its
assigned orbital location of 50° W.L. to the 29.5° W.L. orbital location, and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service temporarily at the 29.5° W.L.
orbital location. Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C using the following frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz
(space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS at the 29.5° W.L. temporarily in the
following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11700-11950 MHz (space-to-Earth),
11500-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 14000-14500 MHz
(Earth-to-space).

On September 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC, for a period of
60 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand necessary to drift its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 706, to the 72.1°
E.L. orbital location, and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service temporarily from that location. Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C using the
following frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz
(Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized to provide FSS at the 72.1° E.L. orbital location temporarily in the following frequency bands:
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space).

On September 8, 2010, the , the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to SES Americom,
Inc. to continue to operate its Ku-band space station, AMC-4, at the 67º W.L. orbital location in the conventional Ku-band frequencies of
11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and in the extended Ku-band frequencies of 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth)
and 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) to provide fixed-satellite service from the 67º W.L. orbital location. Operations pursuant to this
authorization shall be in accordance with conditions imposed as part of the special temporary authority previously granted to SES Americom to
operate AMC-4 temporarily at this orbital location. See IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20100525-00108.

On September 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 30
days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Galaxy 15 space station outside the +/-0.05º east/west
station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.

continue to operate the LM-RPS1 space station outside its previously authorized +/-0.05º north/south and east/west station-keeping boxes.

days to conduct telemetry, tracking, and control necessary to operate the EchoStar 3 satellite at the 61.45º W.L. orbital location as an in-orbit
spare satellite.

Review, and Construction Commencement - associated with its authorization and may reduce the bond amount by 25% for each milestone
met as provided in Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice
of Proposed Rulemaking. IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing
Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004). Intelsat
New Dawn may reduce the bond to a value of $750,000.
