On July 28, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. to operate its Ku-band space
station, AMC-4, at the 67º W.L. orbital location in the conventional Ku-band frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) and in the extended Ku-band frequencies of 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) to provide
fixed-satellite service from the 67º W.L. orbital location. The Satellite Division had previously granted SES Americom special temporary
authority to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand operations necessary to drift AMC-4 to and mantain it at the 67º W.L. orbital location.

On July 28, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp., for a period of 60
days, to continue to operate Intelsat 1R temporarily at the 50.0º W.L. orbital location.

On July 23, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. to operate the Galaxy
14 space station outside the +/- 0.05º east/west station-keeping box previously authorized. Accordingly, PanAmSat is authorized, for a period of
30 days to operate the communications payload aboard the Galaxy 14 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands outside the +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box.
