Date Filed: 07/20/2010 11:05:36:27000 Special Temporary Authority Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to operate a satellite digital audio radio service (SDARS) terrestrial repeater operating with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power of 4900 watts (average) in Baltimore, Maryland. This repeater will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz band allocated exclusively to the use of SDARS.
