On July 16, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. to continue to operate
its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 3R, at the 43.1° W.L. orbital location for a period of 30 days, commencing June 11, 2010. Accordingly,
PanAmSat is authorized to continue to operate the Intelsat 3R space station at the 43.1° W.L. orbital location and to provide Fixed-Satellite
Services in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On July 22, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to continue to operate eight
terrestrial repeaters, each with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts (average), at various locations throughout the
United States for a period of 180 days. Sirius XM is authorized to operate this repeater in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band, which is
assigned to Sirius XM to provide Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS).

On July 16, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of 60 days to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and control necessary to drift the AMC-5 satellite from the 78.95º W.L. orbital location to the 79.05º W.L. orbital
location, using the following frequencies: 14001 MHz (telecommand), 11701 MHz (telemetry), and 11702 (telemetry). Once at the 79.05º W.L.
orbital location, SES Americom is also authorized to operate AMC-5's communication payload in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On July 16, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio, Inc., to operate two Satellite
Digital Audio Radio (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters, each with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts (average) in
Puerto Rico, for a period of 60 days. Sirius XM Radio will operate these repeaters in the 2320-2345 MHz band that is allocated exclusively to
SDARS.

On July 22, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America, LLC for a period of 60
days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand (TT&C) necessary to drift its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 705, from
its assigned orbital location of 50° W.L. to the 29.5° W.L. orbital location, and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service temporarily at the 29.5° W.L.
orbital location. Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C using the following frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz
(space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS at the 29.5° W.L. temporarily in the
following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11700-11950 MHz (space-to-Earth),
11500-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 14000-14500 MHz
(Earth-to-space).

On July 16, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 30
days to continue to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations with the Galaxy 27 space station and to provide Fixed-Satellite
Service temporarily in certain C- and Ku-band frequencies from the 45.1º E.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS
from this location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to conduct TT&C using the 6423.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz frequencies.

On July 22, 2010, the Satellite Division granted the request of Sprint Nextel Corporation to designate the above-captioned proceeding as
"permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective July 22, 2010. We find that
designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will facilitate communications with the parties. See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206
and 1.1208 note 2.
