Date Filed: 06/25/2010 13:49:16:89600

Open Range requests special temporary authority to continue Ancillary Terrestrial Component (ATC) operation in connection with a separate
request from Globalstar Licensee LLC. See File No. SAT-MOD-20091214-00152. Open Range currently leases spectrum from Globalstar for
ATC use in the 2483.5-2495 MHz band. Globalstar's extension authority for ATC operations expires on August 2, 2010. Open Range indicates
that its requested STA grant would provide for continuity of service while it explores access to alternative spectrum and makes any necessary
changes to equipment.
