On July 2, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of EchoStar Corporation to operate the EchoStar 6 Direct
Broadcast Satellite service space station at the 61.65º W.L. orbital location as an in-orbit spare. EchoStar is authorized to operate at that location
on DBS channels 1-22 and 25-32 with feeder links (Earth-to-space) in the 17.3 17.8 GHz band and service links (space-to-Earth) in the 12.2-12.7
GHz band.

On July 1, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of EchoStar Corporation to construct, launch, and operate a Direct
Broadcast Satellite service space station, ECHOSTAR-15 (Call Sign: S2811), at the 61.55º W.L. orbital location, operating on DBS channels
1-22 and 25-32. In addition, EchoStar is authorized to construct and launch ECHOSTAR 15 with the capability of operating on DBS channels 23
and 24. EchoStar has not sought and is not granted authority to operate on DBS channels 23 and 24 pursuant to this authorization. EchoStar is
authorized to operate the ECHOSTAR-15 space station with feeder links in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band (Earth-to-space) and service links in the
12.2-12.7 GHz band (space-to-Earth).

On July 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted the application by SkyTerra Subsidiary LLC for modification of the SkyTerra-1 space-station
license to authorize use of the Geostationary Mobile Satellite Adaptation and Geostationary Mobile Radio-3G air interface protocols. SkyTerra 1,
which has yet to be launched, will be a next-generation Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) satellite, operating at the 101.3º W.L. orbital location,
with service links in the 1.5/1.6 GHz MSS band and feeder links in the Appendix 30B Ku band.

On July 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. for a period of 180 days to
continue to operate six terrestrial repeaters with an effective isotropically radiated power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts at specified locations
throughout the United States. The repeaters will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band allocated exclusively to the use of the Satellite
Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS).

On July 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to XM Radio Inc. for a period of 180 days to continue to operate a
satellite digital audio radio service (SDARS) terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts
(average) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This repeater will operate in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band allocated exclusively to the use of SDARS.

On July 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 60
days to continue to operate its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 709, at the 54.85 º E.L. orbital location. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized
to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations with the Intelsat 709 space station at the 54.85º E.L. orbital location using the
following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz,
and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is authorized to operate the Intelsat 709 space station in
the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands to provide fixed-satellite service
from the 54.85º E.L. orbital location.

On July 7, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation for a period of 30 days to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and control necessary to drift the EchoStar 3 satellite from the 61.5º W.L. orbital location to the 61.45º W.L. orbital
location, and to operate EchoStar 3 at that location.

Virginia. Sirius XM is authorized to operate this repeater in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band, which is assigned to Sirius XM to provide
Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS).

On July 6, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 30 days,
commencing July 8, 2010, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) operations with the Galaxy 15 space station
outside the +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.

aboard the Galaxy 15 space station outside its previously authorized +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box.
