reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's

Pegasus Development DBS Corporation seeks to amend its pending application to construct, launch, and operate a 17/24 GHz
Broadcasting-Satellite Service space station at the 95º W.L. orbital location. See SAT-LOA-20090807-00084. Pegasus supplements its orbital
mitigation compliance showing by providing an assessment of feasibility for measures to resolve physical coordination issues with the
SPACEWAY 3 and Galaxy 3C satellites, which operate with station-keeping locations near the 95º W.L. orbital location.

EchoStar 7 space station. DISH requests a waiver of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules.

Intelsat North America LLC seeks to modify its authorization for the Intelsat 706 space station to relocate Intelsat 706 from the 54.85º E.L. orbital
location to the 72.1º E.L. orbital location and to operate Intelsat 706 at the 72.1º E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests that the waivers of Sections 25.202(g), 25.210(a)(1), 25.210(a)(3),
25.210(i) and 25.211(a) of the Commission's rules previously granted for operations of Intelsat 706 continue to apply at the 72.1º E.L. orbital
location.

SES Americom, Inc. seeks to modify the authorization for its AMC-4 space station to relocate AMC-4 from the 101º W.L. orbital location to the
67º W.L. orbital location and to operate AMC-4 at the 67º W.L. orbital location using the conventional Ku-band frequencies of 11.70-12.20 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space); and the extended Ku-band frequencies of 11.45 to 11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75 to
14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). Additionally, SES Americom proposes to use Telemetry carriers (beacons) in the conventional Ku-band at 11.702
GHz and 12.198 GHz and the conventional C-band at 3700.5 MHz; and a Telecommand carrier in the conventional C-band at 6423.5 MHz in
order to relocate AMC-4 to and operate it at the 67º W.L. orbital location. SES Americom also requests waiver of Sections 25.114(d)(3) and
25.202(g) of the Commission’s rules.

Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to continue to operate satellite digital audio radio service
(SDARS) terrestrial repeaters, each with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts (average) at various locations
throughout the United States. These repeaters will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band allocated exclusively to the use of SDARS.

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat North America LLC requests special temporary authority for 180 days to operate certain C- and Ku-band frequencies on the Intelsat 603
satellite at the 11.5 E.L. orbital location. Intelsat seeks to provide Fixed-Satellite Service from this location in the following frequency bands:
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth),
and 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space). In addition, Intelsat seeks special temporary authority to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and
Telecommand using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz, 6176.3 MHz, 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, and 3952.5 MHz.
