On June 21, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of SES Americom, Inc. to modify its authorized orbital location
for its C- and Ku-band AMC-2 space station from the 101° W.L. orbital location to the 78.95° W.L. orbital location Accordingly, SES Americom
is authorized to operate AMC-2 at the 78.95° W.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, including Direct-to-Home service, using the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11700-12200 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000-14500 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands. In addition, SES Americom is authorized to conduct Tracking, Telemetry, Command, and Monitoring
operations necessary to relocate AMC-2 to 78.95° W.L. and to operate at 78.95° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 3700.5 MHz,
4199.5 MHz, 6423.5 MHz, and 12198 MHz.

On June 18, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to continue to provide
emergency radio broadcast programming in Haiti via the Sirius FM-5 Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station at the 96°
W.L. orbital location for a period of 180 days. The authorization is in support of relief efforts in Haiti. See File No. SAT-STA-20100119-00012
(granted January 18, 2010).

On June 21, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat North America LLC for special temporary authority for a
period of 60 days to continue to drift its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 709, to the 54.85 º E.L. orbital location. Accordingly, Intelsat is
authorized to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations with the Intelsat 709 space station to effect the drift of the Intelsat 709
space station from the 85.15º E.L. orbital location to the 54.85º E.L. orbital location using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3
MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular
polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is authorized to operate the Intelsat 709 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth),
and 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands to provide fixed-satellite service from the 54.85º E.L. orbital location once it arrives at
that location.

On June 22, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 30
days to continue to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations with the Intelsat 603 space station and to provide Fixed-Satellite
Service temporarily in certain C-band frequencies from the 11.5º E.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS from
this location in the 4040-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 6265-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to conduct TT&C using the
following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz , 6176.3 MHz, 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, and 3952.5 MHz.

On June 21, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp., for a period of seven
days commencing June 24, 2010, to operate the conventional C-band communication payload (3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425
MHz (Earth-to-space)) aboard the Galaxy 15 space station outside its previously authorized +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box.
