The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for 150 days to perform Tracking, Telemetry, Command and Monitoring using the
following center frequencies 3700.5 HMz; 4199.5 MHz, and 6423.5 Mhz. in order to relocate the Satcom C-3 satellite from 79.05° W.L. to the
79.15° W.L. orbital location. SES Americom states that the C-band communications payload on Satcom C-3 will not be operated while the
satellite is at the 79.15° W.L. orbital location.

Special Temporary Authority


Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to continue to operate two satellite digital audio radio service
(SDARS) terrestrial repeaters, each with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power of up to 2000 watts (average) in Puerto Rico. These repeaters
will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band allocated exclusively to the use of SDARS.

Special Temporary Authority


PanAmSat Licensee Corp. requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days, commencing on August 8, 2010, to continue to conduct
Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations with the Galaxy 12 space station at the 133.0º W.L. orbital location, using the following
frequencies: 6424.5 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space) and 6424.5 MHz (vertical polarization/Earth-to-space); 4198 MHz
(left-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4198 MHz (horizontal polarization/space-to-Earth); 4199.875 MHz (left-hand circular
polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4199.875 MHz (vertical polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, PanAmSat requests authority to continue to
operate the Galaxy 12 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies to provide
fixed-satellite service from the 133.0º W.L. orbital location.
