On June 4, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat North America LLC for authority to operate the
Ku-band frequencies of the in-orbit NSS-5 space station at the 20.0º W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to operate the
NSS-5 space station to provide Fixed Satellite Service in the 10950–11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450–11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11700 to
11950 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500–12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000–14500 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands from the 20.0º W.L.
orbital location. Additionally, Intelsat is authorized to use tracking beacons for the NSS-5 space station at the 20.0º W.L. orbital location using
the following frequencies: 11198.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth), 11452.0 MHz (right-hand circular
polarization/space-to-Earth), 11701.0 MHz (vertical polarization/space-to-Earth) or 11701.0 MHz (horizontal polarization/space-to-Earth),
12501.0 MHz (vertical polarization/space-to-Earth), or 12501.0 MHz (horizontal polarization/space-to-Earth). The Satellite Division also granted
a related Petition for Declaratory Ruling, filed by New Skies Satellites B.V., to have the NSS-5 C-band space station placed on the Commission’s
Space Station Permitted List at the 20° W.L. orbital position. See IBFS File Nos. SAT-PPL-20091208-00142; SAT-APL-20100219-00034.

12 satellite at the 61.35º W.L. orbital location. EchoStar Corporation is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) in
the 12.2-12.7 (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands necessary to maintain the EchoStar 12 space station (Call
Sign S2653) at the 61.35º W.L. orbital location, and to operate the Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) communications payload on DBS channels
1-22 and 25-32 on the EchoStar 12 space station in the 12.2-12.7 (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at this
location.

Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List

On June 4, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the Petition for Declaratory Ruling filed by New Skies Satellites, B.V. to add the
in-orbit NSS-5 C-band space station, licensed by the Netherlands, to the Permitted Space Station List. Accordingly, each U.S.-licensed earth
station with "ALSAT" designated as a point of communication is granted authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands to, from, or within the United States, by accessing the NSS-5 space
station at the 20° W.L. orbit location, subject to the parameters set forth in its earth station license. The Satellite Division also granted a related
application by Intelsat North America LLC for authorization to operate Ku-band frequencies on the NSS-5 space station at the 20° W.L. orbital
location. See IBFS File No. SAT-A/O-20091208-00141.

Special Temporary Authority

On June 9, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp., for a period of 60 days,
to continue to operate Intelsat 1R temporarily at the 50.0º W.L. orbital location.

On June 8, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Lockheed Martin Corporation for 30 days to
continue to operate the LM-RPS1 space station outside its previously authorized +/-0.05º north/south and east/west station-keeping boxes.

On June 8, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 30 days,
commencing June 5, 2010, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) operations with the Galaxy 15 space station
outside the +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.

On June 9, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 60 days,
commencing on June 9, 2010, to continue to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command (TT&C) operations with the Galaxy 12 space station at
the 133.0º W.L. orbital location, using the following frequencies: 6424.5 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space) and 6424.5 MHz
(vertical polarization/Earth-to-space); 4198 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4198 MHz (horizontal
polarization/space-to-Earth); 4199.875 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth) and 4199.875 MHz (vertical
polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, PanAmSat is authorized to continue to operate the Galaxy 12 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies to provide fixed-satellite service from the 133.0º W.L. orbital location.
