The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20100518-00103 E Sirius XM Radio Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 05/28/2010 On May 28, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to operate a terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts (average) in Arlington, Virginia, for a period of 30 days. Sirius XM is authorized to operate this repeater in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band, which is assigned to Sirius XM to provide Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS). SAT-STA-20100525-00107 E S2461 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 06/02/2010 On June 2, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to conduct in-orbit testing of the DIRECTV 10 space station at the 102.6º W.L. orbital location using the 18.58-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band and the 28.35-28.6 GHz and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Following the completion of in-orbit testing, DIRECTV is authorized to operate the communication links and the telemetry, tracking, and telecommand links of DIRECTV 10 in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands during the relocation of DIRECTV 10 back to the 102.815° W.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20100528-00116 E S2159 Intelsat North America LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 06/02/2010 On June 2, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 30 days to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations with the Galaxy 27 space station and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service temporarily in certain C- and Ku-band frequencies from the 45.1º E.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS from this location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to conduct TT&C using the 6423.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz frequencies.
