On May 28, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to operate a terrestrial
repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts (average) in Arlington, Virginia, for a period of 30 days.
Sirius XM is authorized to operate this repeater in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band, which is assigned to Sirius XM to provide Satellite
Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS).

Special Temporary Authority

On June 2, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to conduct in-orbit testing of the
DIRECTV 10 space station at the 102.6º W.L. orbital location using the 18.58-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band and the 28.35-28.6 GHz
and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Following the completion of in-orbit testing, DIRECTV is authorized to operate the
communication links and the telemetry, tracking, and telecommand links of DIRECTV 10 in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz
(Earth-to-space), and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands during the relocation of DIRECTV 10 back to the 102.815° W.L. orbital
location.

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                  Effective Date:     06/02/2010



On June 2, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 30
days to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations with the Galaxy 27 space station and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service
temporarily in certain C- and Ku-band frequencies from the 45.1º E.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS from
this location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to conduct TT&C using the 6423.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz frequencies.
