The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Modification


SkyTerra Subsidiary LLC requests modification of the space station license for MSAT-2 (a/k/a AMSC-1), currently positioned at 101.3° W.L., to
authorize operations on frequencies currently assigned to SkyTerra at the 103.3° W.L. orbital location until customers are shifted to the
SkyTerra-1 satellite, which is scheduled for launch on or before October 31, 2010. SkyTerra also requests authority to operate the
communications payload aboard MSAT-2 while in transit to 103.3 ° W.L. SkyTerra requests partial waiver of the end-of-life pressure-venting
requirement in Section 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules in connection with its request.
