Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                Effective Date:     05/26/2010



On May 26, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of 30 days,
commencing May 27, 2010, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via the SES-1 space station at the 131.3º W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200
MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations
in the 11.7 -12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) at this location and during the drift from the 131.3º W.L. orbital
location to SES-1's assigned 101 º W.L. orbital location. SES Americom is also authorized to conduct TT&C in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands during the drift of the SES-1 space station from the 131.3º W.L. orbital
location to 101 º W.L.

Special Temporary Authority

On May 25, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation for a period of 60 days to
continue operating the EchoStar 6 space station at the 61.65 W.L. orbital location. Operations pursuant to this authorization shall be in
accordance with conditions imposed as part of EchoStar Corporation's authorization to operate EchoStar 6 at this orbital location granted on
March 3, 2010. See IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20100203-00020.

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                Effective Date:     05/20/2010



On May 20, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 30
days to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations with the Intelsat 603 space station and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service
temporarily in certain C-band frequencies from the 11.5º E.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS from this
location in the 4040-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 6265-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to conduct TT&C using the
following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz , 6176.3 MHz, 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, and 3952.5 MHz.

On May 26, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. to continue to operate
its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 3R, at the 43.1° W.L. orbital location for a period of 16 days. Accordingly, PanAmSat is authorized to
continue to operate the Intelsat 3R space station at the 43.1° W.L. orbital location and to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.00-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
