reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List


Hispamar Satelites, S.A. has filed a petition for a declaratory ruling to modify the Permitted Space Station List Entry for the Amazonas-2 satellite
at the 61º W.L. orbital location to add direct-to-home service to its permitted operations. The Amazonas-2 will use the conventional Ku-band
frequencies of 10.95-11.20 GHz and 11.70-12.20 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.00-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) and the extended Ku-band
frequencies of 13.75-14.00 GHz (Earth-to-space).

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat North America LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 60 days, commencing on July 1, 2010, to operate Telemetry,
Tracking, and Telecommand with the Intelsat 706 space station (Call Sign S2401) to effect the drift of the space station from the 54.85º E.L.
orbital location to the 72.1º E.L. orbital location and to operate the space station in the C- and Ku-bands temporarily at the 72.1º E.L. location.
Specifically, Intelsat seeks authority to operate in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
