On May 14, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 30
days, commencing on May 15, 2010, to perform tracking, telemetry, and telecommand functions with the Galaxy 9 satellite to execute end-of-life
maneuvers boosting the satellite to a disposal orbit above the geostationary arc using the following frequencies: 4199.0 MHz (horizontal and
vertical polarization) and 4199.875 MHz (horizontal and vertical) (space-to-Earth) and 6424.5 MHz (vertical) and 5925.5 MHz (horizontal)
(Earth-to-space).
