On May 5, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Hughes Networks Systems, LLC for access to the U.S. market
using a Ka-band geostationary satellite orbit Fixed-Satellite Service (FSS) space station, SPACEWAY 4, operating under the authority of the
United Kingdom. Accordingly, Hughes may provide FSS in the United States using the SPACEWAY 4 space station from the 107.1° WL orbital
location in the 28.35-29.1 GHz and 29.25-30.0 GHz frequency bands (Earth-to-space) and the 18.3-19.3 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz frequency bands
(space-to-Earth). Hughes is also authorized to use the 18.8-19.3 GHz frequency band (space-to-Earth) on a non-interference basis.

parameters of its EchoStar 14 Direct Broadcast Satellite space station, which is authorized to operate at the 118.9° W.L. orbital location. The
IBFS file number for this application was changed from SAT-AMD-20100212-00027 to SAT-MOD-20100212-00027.

On May 6, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. for a period of 180 days,
commencing on March 12, 2010, to continue to operate two types of indoor terrestrial repeaters with an effective isotropically radiated power
(EIRP) of (1) up to 10 watts and (2) up to 0.0001 watts, respectively, at trade shows and other indoor locations. Sirius XM will operate these
repeaters using the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band, which is assigned for Sirius XM's exclusive use to provide Satellite Digital Audio Radio
Service (SDARS).

On May 6, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America, LLC for a period of 60
days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand (TT&C) necessary to drift its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 705, from
its assigned orbital location of 50° W.L. to the 29.5° W.L. orbital location, and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service temporarily at the 29.5° W.L.
orbital location. Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C using the following frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz
(space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is authorized to provide FSS at the 29.5° W.L. temporarily in the
following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11700-11950 MHz (space-to-Earth),
11500-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 14000-14500 MHz
(Earth-to-space).

On May 6, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 14
days, commencing on May 3, 2010, to continue to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command (TT&C) operations necessary to complete the
drift of the Intelsat 709 space station from the 50.0º E.L. orbital location to the 58.45º E.L. orbital location, using the following frequencies:
6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz
(right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth).

On May 6, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 30 days,
commencing May 6, 2010, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) operations with the Galaxy 15 space station outside the
+/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.
