The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


PanAmSat Licensee Corp. requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days, beginning June 1, 2010, to conduct telemetry, tracking,
and telecommand (TT&C) operations necessary drift its fixed-satellite service space station, Intelsat 3R, from 43.1 W.L. to 81.0 W.L. and to
operate the satellite temporarily at 81.0 W.L. in accordance with the Argentine Administration's ITU filings in the C- and Ku-bands. PanAmSat
seeks to operate Intelsat 3R in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2
GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space).
