The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20100401-00062 E EchoStar Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/23/2010 On April 23, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, EchoStar Corporation special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue operating the EchoStar 6 space station at the 61.65 W.L. orbital location. Operations pursuant to this authorization shall be in accordance with conditions imposed as part of EchoStar Corporation's authorization to operate EchoStar 6 at this orbital location granted on March 3, 2010. See IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20100203-00020. SAT-STA-20100415-00077 E S2797 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/23/2010 On April 23, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue operating the DIRECTV 12 space station at the 76 W.L. orbital location. Operations pursuant to this authorization shall be in accordance with conditions imposed as part of DIRECTV 12's authorization to operate at this orbital location granted on February 2, 2010. See IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20091201-00132. SAT-STA-20100426-00084 E S2387 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/29/2010 On April 29, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp., for a period of three days commencing May 3, 2010, to operate the Galaxy 15 space station outside its previously authorized +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box.
