On April 20, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of ViaSat, Inc. to modify its Ka-band authorization for the
VIASAT-77 space station at the 77.3° W.L. orbital location to use the 18.8-19.3 GHz frequency band (space-to-Earth) on a non-conforming basis,
and the 28.6-29.1 GHz frequency band (Earth-to-space) on a secondary basis.

On April 20, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of SES Americom, Inc. for authority to construct, launch, and
operate a C-/Ku-band geostationary orbit fixed-satellite service (FSS) space station, SES-1, at the 101º W.L. orbital location. SES Americom is
authorized to operate the SES-1 space station at the 101º W.L. orbital location to provide FSS, including direct-to-home services, using the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands and the 11.7 -12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SES Americom is also granted authority to construct and launch this space station with the capability of
operating in the 24.75-25.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. SES Americom has not sought authority
to operate, and is not authorized to operate, the 17/24 GHz BSS payload at the 101° W.L. orbital location. Grant of construction and launch
authority for this 17/24 GHz BSS capacity does not convey to SES Americom any status under the Commission's first-come, first-served
processing framework with respect to the 17/24 GHz BSS capacity on this satellite.

On April 16, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DISH Operating L.L.C. for special temporary authority to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to relocate the EchoStar 7 space station from the 118.9° W.L. orbital location
to the 118.8° W.L. orbital location, and to temporarily operate EchoStar 7 using its previously authorized Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS)
channels 1-21 at 118.8° W.L. DISH is also authorized to operate using its previously authorized DBS channels during the drift to the 118.9° W.L.
orbital location.
